Agnes Koch has a strong interest in the functioning of individuals in a work environment. She studied Business Administration at the Higher Technical School (HTS), Psychology at the University of Utrecht, and completed a post-HBO course in Career Guidance. Since 1991, Agnes has worked as an assessment psychologist, a role that centers around the performance of individuals in a work context.
Agnes has worked with various organizations and has experience in assessments for personnel selection, internal mobility, reintegration, and career inquiries. She has experience with positions ranging from vocational level to university level, in both profit and non-profit organizations. She also has experience in coaching and training behavioral skills.
Her approach is characterized by respect, precision, and thoroughness. She looks at people's qualities and potential in a realistic manner. Agnes enjoys advising and coaching individuals to help them further develop themselves.
